Celebrate Warsaw Legion's 100th Anniversary! Here's a list of some of the amazing activities that will be taking place Friday September 13 & Saturday September 14 at the Warsaw Village Park:
Friday, September 13:
- Legion Hall opens at 12pm
- Laurie’s will be serving food until 5pm
- Yummies Ice Cream will be serving
- Legion displays & speakers will be on hand
- Visit with Geneseo Warplane Museum participants
Saturday, September 14:
- Legion Hall opens at 9am
- Laurie’s will be serving food until 5pm
- Yummies Ice Cream will be serving
- Visit with Geneseo Warplane Museum participants
- Legion displays & speakers will be on hand
- Children & Youth Group Parade begins at 9am
- Cannon will be shot off at 9am to begin the parade
- David Clark will do two 45-minute talks about WWI at 11am & 2pm.
- An inflatable obstacle course will be available from 11am-4pm
- Restored Memorial unveiling at 3pm
- Caricature artist from 1-3pm
- Face painters, crafts for kids and balloon artists will be there all day
- Buffalo Zoo mobile will take over Stearns Pavilion from 1:30-3:30pm
- Grateful Grill’s Flippin Bird & Center Street Smokehouse Food Trucks begin at 5pm
- DJ music from 3-6pm
- King Domino will begin playing music from 7-11pm
- Fireworks display at 8pm
