Mystery in the Meadow
Friday, October 13 5-8 PM
This event is a Clue-style mystery night. After check-in, attendees will be given a clipboard with a map and room for note-taking. They will stop by Ranger Tom, who will explain that a campsite has been robbed. They can then move station to station, at their own pace and in any order, and chat with the different witnesses, who will give clues on who committed the robbery. When they think they've figured it out, they can go up to check-in, who will tell them if their guess is correct and give them a sticker.
There will also be yard games, a meadow maze, food, beer from Windy Brew, and a basket raffle to browse. WNY Young Birders club will also be tabling at this event, and the Buffalo Astronomical Association will also be there Friday night with their observatory open. This event is aimed for older children and adults, but it is family-friendly, the activity is just a little too difficult for very young children.
The admission for this event is $10. Food and beer are available for separate purchase.
