This is an irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s plays, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)[revised][again] by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield, was London’s longest-running comedy having clocked a very palpable nine years in London’s West End! Three Shakespearean “super fans” weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s Comedies, Histories and Tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter. Fun, frantic, and perfect for the whole family!
Shake on the Lake produced The Complete Works as their inaugural production in 2012, influencing their fast, fun, and physical style, which has become a hallmark of their staging of Shakespeare's plays to this day. This 2023 tour is in co-production with the Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, and is supported by the New York State Council on the Arts.
