Wild West Fall Fest

Location: Circle C Ranch, 10451 Ashcraft Road, Delevan, NY

Cost: FREE (unless specified) 

When: September 23, 2023 from 2:00- 6:00 P.M.

What:

• Lasertron - A full size lasertron arena that has been used in the lasertron world championship tournaments ($5 for a 15 minute session)

• Rockwall Climbing - 18 separate rock walls to climb

• Street Vendors- Over a Dozen unique small business vendors including a live black smith, kettle corn cooking, and so much more.

• Pony Rides- Give your kids a chance to ride one of our Circle C Horses around the arena led by our incredible wrangling staff. 

• Night of the Living Scarecrows "Walk Thru" - For over 20 years we have hosted a fright night event where we create a scary walk thru, we have had tens of thousands of students come through our events. We are bringing back the frightening element this year as an optional activity for teenagers and older!

• Fall Rage Room- Whether it is pumpkins or apples, or another autumn specialty for a small fee we give you a bat and let you let your rage out in our Fall Themed Rage Room!

• Live Music - Dick O'Dell and his band will be filling main street with the music of classic Americana

• Snack shop, Game Room, and other fun activities as well.

Why: 

• Circle C Ranch has been a staple in the western new york community for half a century and these community days are a way for new people to experience this one of a kind camp, and for families to make memories and not break the bank!
